He was even OK with him walking by him ( a few inches away) and even allowed Santa to speak to him from a distance. For a moment there, I was pleasantly surprised that his first meeting was going so well.
UNTIL........he motioned closer to Landon to hand him his present.........he.was.not.having.it!! lol Landon did not shed a tear, however, he made it very clear to Santa that he did not appreciate him trying to invade his space. He sat in the same spot, turned his head, and gave him his grunt of disapproval. I have to admit, it was kind of CUTE=)
Upon realizing he was clearly vertically challenged in comparison to Santa, he turned to Lauren (his OT) for backup!! lol
(HA! What ya gonna do now, BIG GUY??!!)
After
Just seeing my little peanut fully participating in all activities at school, was hands down the BEST present this mommy could ever ask for!!
Happy Holidays friends!!
Thank you for such an uplifting post! I needed that today!
ReplyDeleteSo glad he is doing so well in school! Loving the play by play of his day!
ReplyDeleteLove the reaction to Santa! And love that he had such a good time decorating!
ReplyDeleteOh how I've missed that cute little face! I love the stare down with santa...he just couldn't take his eyes off of him!
ReplyDeleteLoved the pictures! He looks so cute sitting at the table doing his craft :)
ReplyDeleteHe looks so BIG in these pix!!
ReplyDeleteLook at all those cute kidos! What a great school you have!
ReplyDeleteadorable!!! it's awesome how he participates so well, especially with the craft. Em goes to a OT group and wants no part of craft time. Any kind of structure makes her so mad! Landon is doing so incredibly well!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! LOL at his reaction to Santa, although I guess he IS kind of scary, if he's so big and you're so small!
ReplyDeleteWhat cute pictures, I am amazed that landon didn't have a problem with Santa considering Santa really looks huge especilly in the 1st picture probably more so because he is surrounded by all those little kids. Great that Landon enjoys carft time, can't imagine what Saira would do, probably throw everything right across the room the first opportunity she gets!! Have a wonderful Christmas
ReplyDeleteSweet Landon, your precious face is just to die for.School is a blast with all your buddies.Zoey sure loves her time there.Although she so does not enjoy crafts the way you do but ... she did love Santa.Momentary hesitation and then she couldn't get enough.Next year little guy, maybe you'll like him better!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Christmas with that beautiful family of yours. We are all certainly blesses!
